RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days to return unworn RTW or Vintage merchandise or products (excluding custom and bespoke) or for vintage items, it must be returned to the same state that it was purchased. It must be returned with original packaging and in fully re-salable condition Your return, will be a credit, which may be used for any of the Products or Services in the Store, or a refund will be issued to your payment method. No Refunds on Bespoke or Custom designs, deposits are non-refundable for completed work or completed products. Contractual agreements and payments agreed to and not paid will be dealt with with international legal guidelines. Copying or taking any part of the process for own use, will be punishable by global legal standards for international intellectual property law, not limited to the European Union Standard, Canadian Standard, or any other country being served by The Fashion Fortune Teller and its founder Lena Elisabeth Eggers.

Please keep in mind our provider will take minimum 5-10 business day to issue the refund, even if it is done immediately. It will be issued back to the card that was paid with. Wire Transfer Payments and e-Transfers may process more quickly.
